Pre-Order & Shipping Information

PRE-ORDER NOTICE

Our current HAUS collection is available for pre-order. These items are not currently available for immediate shipment.

Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping in November 2026. Please note that this is an estimated shipping window and may be subject to change due to production or carrier delays.

Once our initial pre-order period has been fulfilled and merchandise becomes available for standard ordering, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order ships.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

If your order contains multiple items, your items may be held and shipped together once the complete order is ready.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item will not ship immediately and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeline above.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited nature of The Serenity Haus merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully, including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our final-sale policy.
