A PERFORMANCE COMPANY and RECORD LABEL
Built for the art—and the humans behind it.

Serenity Haus is a performance company and record label integrating artist development, management, and touring support into one system.

We operate at the infrastructure level—embedding performance care, touring support, and creative development directly into how artists and teams function over time.

Our model is built to stabilize performance in high-demand environments, working with a select roster of artists while partnering with labels, organizations, and touring teams.

This work is executed through four core divisions: Pathways, Institutional Partnerships, Talent Stewardship & Label Services, and Tour Wellness & Care™.

  • Performance Care for Touring Artists and Teams

The Haus that travels with you.

Tour Wellness & Care™ is our embedded performance support model for artists, touring teams, and production environments operating under sustained demand. We partner with labels, managers, and tour leadership to integrate care directly into touring systems—supporting performance before, during, and after live execution.

Our model includes licensed therapists, a national network of wellness providers, and on-road support designed to stabilize performance, reduce burnout risk, and keep the human system functioning across demanding schedules.

    How It Works

    Embedded Clinical Support
Licensed therapists available on-call or on-road, supporting artists and teams through the psychological and emotional demands of touring.

    National Wellness Network

A pre-vetted network of providers across tour cities, including massage therapists, chiropractors, and recovery specialists—ensuring consistent access to care wherever the tour travels.

    Tour Integration System

Performance care is built into the rhythm of the tour—integrated into schedules, green rooms, and recovery windows to support stability, regulation, and sustained execution.

    Who It Supports

Artists, touring teams, production crews, and the partners responsible for delivering consistent performance across live environments—including labels, managers, and tour leadership.

    Outcome

Tour Wellness & Care™ is designed to reduce disruption, stabilize performance, and support the long-term viability of tours—ensuring that both the work and the people behind it are sustained over time.

WHY THE SERENITY HAUS EXISTS

High performance does not fail from lack of talent. It breaks down when the systems around it cannot sustain it.

Across entertainment and touring, artists and teams are expected to deliver at the highest level—often without the structure required to sustain it.

Serenity Haus was built to address that gap by developing artists, managing careers, and embedding the systems that support long-term performance.

Tour Wellness & Care™

The Haus That Travels With You.

This commitment shows up most visibly on the road—where pressure intensifies, and small breakdowns become costly.

Tour Wellness & Care™ is our touring infrastructure model that embeds performance care, recovery, and support systems directly into the flow of a tour. The result is greater stability, fewer disruptions, and sustained performance across demanding schedules.
